| What are Soft Shells? - How they work Soft Shells revolutionise the well-known principle of the onionskin principle by combining the second and third layers to produce a garment that offers temperature regulation and protection against the weather. Soft Shell garments are highly abrasion-resistant as well as elastic, windresistant and exhibit lasting water and dirt-repellent qualities. They thus offer adequate protection against wind and around 90% of all weather conditions.
