schoeller® WB-formula was developed for those sports which leave
the athlete exposed to the weather. The task: to keep the wearer dry
in snow and rain, both outside and inside. It was possible to meet
the increasing demand for a fabric with these qualities by developing
a distinctive technical innovation: the penetration of water and wind
is prevented while, at the same time, perspiration can escape in the
form of evaporation. Without having to compromise in freedom of movement
as had previously been the case. The fabric supports the body’s own
capabilities by ensuring that stiff clothing does not interfere with
ease of movement. Schoeller® realised the idea of combining climate
comfort and comfort of wear by developing an elastic membrane which
- in combination with elastic fabrics - meets these demands exactly.
