The Cork Traveller Madl for women by Doghammer is handmade and ready for any of
your outdoor adventures! The combination of cork and wool in these casual shoes
makes this sustainable shoe a reliable companion for your daily challenges, whether
for hiking, everyday urban life or travelling for several weeks.
The recycled cork, most of which comes from Portugal, ensures a pleasant and dry foot climate and is a key component of the Cork Travellers Madl. The natural material cork is part of the outer material, the shoe sole and the removable insole. Another highlight of the insole is the non-slip underside made from renewable coconut fibre and EVA cushioning, which guarantees a soft ride. The outdoor sole with cork from Outdoor Shoes is made in Germany and offers you a secure step on any surface. The sole has a decisive ecological advantage thanks to its cork content, as the amount of rubber normally required can be reduced and the Cork Traveller shoe becomes lighter. The edge strip made from recycled rubber and cork ensures optimum protection for your feet and is also manufactured in Germany.
Doghammer uses mulesing-free wool (made from merino) for the inner lining of the sustainable ‘Cork Travellers Madl’ shoe. The temperature-regulating merino wool offers you unrivalled comfort, as it has a warming effect on cold days and a cooling effect on warm days. The heel area has been reinforced with an abrasion-resistant microfibre, which also ensures good support for your heel. A piece of microfibre has also been sewn onto the inside of the shoe to protect the shoe from rubbing against each other when walking. The combination of cork and wool makes the Doghammer Cork Traveller Madl naturally water-repellent.
