1. Prices on the website:

1.1. All indicated prices include the legally required VAT, this will be shown on every invoice. With exports from the European Union the included VAT will be reimbursed, if the export is documented. The customer is responsible for the costs for payment duty and taxation.

1.2. All prices are stated plus shipping. The shipping costs are depending on the country of shipping address – these will be shown during your order and are partly published below.

Exceptionally, all deliveries to Switzerland: the delivery is fully cleared, the stated prices are exclusive of VAT in this case All applicable duties and taxes are taken over by Outdoor Works. Delivery is made by Swiss Post.

For deliveries to countries outside Europe or non-EU countries additional country-specific import duties and customs fees may apply. The amount of the fee depends on the destination country. Please inquire about these charges with your local customs office. Such fees shall be borne by you.­

Shipping will be take place within 3 working days after receipt of money (with prepayment) as the case may be after incoming order( with cash on delivery).
Regardless of the dispatch the seller bears basically the risk of loss and damage.

The shipment is by Deutsche Post Euro Express.
