This knife was specially developed by Opinel for the collection and preparation of mushrooms. With the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with toothed back mushrooms can be skinned easily. At the end of the handle, made of natural-colored, varnished beech wood, there is a brush made of wild boar bristles, with the help of which it is easy to brush away the remains of earth from the mushrooms.
