Take the wildly popular Zen of yesteryear and…upgrade the EVA midsole with an injected model for longer life. Upgrade the Vibram® sole to the Spyder 2, which offers great stick, but won’t pick up pebbles and gravel. Upgrade the leather along the side with PU-injected reinforcing, improving abrasion resistance. Upgrade the fit with SCARPA’s Sock-Fit DV system, giving them the feel of a running shoe, but the sensitivity of an approach shoe. That’s our theme for the Zen pro this year – upgrade.
